Positive: Amazing location - very close to the ferry to Bellagio and a wonderful view. It was worth paying extra for a lakeside appartment. Fanstic host - very helpful, informative and responsive.
Negative: We have a big car and the parking is quite tight, but it was do-able.

Positive: Exceptional stay! Everything about this apartment was perfect. The view was stunning, the location was ideal, and the place was spotless. I especially loved the coffee machine and the capsules – such a thoughtful touch! ☕😍 The host was amazing – super friendly and helpful. She provided all the information we needed, both for enjoying the apartment and exploring the area. She also stocked the bathroom with literally everything you might need – from shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to makeup remover, ladies’ pads, nail polish remover, and even a full nail kit. Such attention to detail made us feel truly cared for! The bus station and ferry stop are just a few steps away, making it super easy to visit all the nearby villages. There’s also a lovely restaurant close by for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended – would definitely stay here again!
Negative: if you’re an early sleeper, you might hear some noise from the restaurant downstairs until around 11 p.m., but it didn’t bother us much and everything quiets down afterward.

Positive: I booked this property for my daughter (27 yrs) and two of her friends for a birthday gift. I didn't go on the trip or stay here but my daughter said her stay at Belle Ile was a highlight of her trip to Italy. The views were fantastic, they loved the balconies, they felt the location was one of the best on the lake. They took advantage of the ferry that was less than 2 minutes away and Bellagio less than 10 minutes by ferry. Access to swim in the lake was just across the street and many places in town had easy access which they really appreciated in the 40+ degrees celsius weather. They also liked that there seemed to be a lot more locals than tourists in the area. They met a lot of locals who just made their adventure so fun and enjoyable. Thank you for showing my daughter what a beautiful village, lake, and country you have.
Summary: My daughter had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

Positive: Superb Stay with a Breathtaking View! We had an excellent stay in this apartment! It's perfectly consistent with the photos and has everything you need to feel right at home. The view of the lake is absolutely magnificent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is excellent, very convenient and well-served by ferries, which greatly facilitates getting around and exploring the surroundings. Although we noted a few minor potential issues, the host was absolutely exceptional! She resolved all problems even before our arrival, which demonstrates her professionalism and dedication. Furthermore, she was very present and available to give us valuable advice throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment for a successful vacation!

Positive: The room is very clean and spacious. It’s comfortable for our family of 4. Check in and out is smooth and we have a reserved parking at the back of the building. The appartement is very close to the port which we can take ferry around. There are a few restaurants nearby and small cafe/bar for breakfast.

The view is incredible and the apartment is perfectly located very close to Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna (only a quick ferry ride away). The host, Lara, will immediately make you feel at home by filling the apartment with every amenity you might need, providing helpful local tips, and giving every guest a warm welcome.
Negative: The road in front of the villa is a little bit noisy especially during the night.
